Our production facility is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Although we are not a shop so we may be open earlier or later on some days depending on how busy production are.

Of course we can! This all depends on the production capacity on that day/time though, if we are not overly busy and we have a machine free and we can use it for your job then great yes we can help. Otherwise we will have to book your job in and schedule this in for a specific date.

Yes of course we can, our professional in house design team are fully qualified and geard up to take on any design job. Just send us an email with a detailed clear brief, so we can get this quoted for you. Then our design manager will be in touch to take it from there.

This all depends really on what material you would like to have printed... If this is vinyl then our maximum roll width size is 1600mm which means anything printed bigger then this will be printed into drops. If you would like a fabric print or a wallpaper covering then we can print anything in one piece up to 3.2m x 50m. We can print anything small, just send us an email with all of your printing requirements and we can take it from there.

Definitely! Believe it or not, JBF actually started off as an installation team only! Then we have ventured out into manufacturing ourselves. Of course we can install your graphics for you, a site survey may have to be carried out prior to installation but we will go over this with you once we send you over a quote.

All artworks need to be sent in to us as a PDF, preferably at 100% to scale. If this cannot be 100% scale then please scale down your artwork and write on the file name the scale of the graphic so we know. Ideally all artworks to be vector so the print quality is fantastic, otherwise any imagery needs to be atleast or around 300dpi for printing to avoid image pixelation. All artworks need to have at least 3mm worth of bleed on all sides with crop marks, or if anything needs wrapping around a frame or board then please add 50mm bleed on all sides for us to use for wrapping. If we have any issues with any of the artwork files then we will get in touch with you!

Yes of course! This will be at an additional cost but this is a great way to make sure that your graphics will be fully printed and installed correctly for your space. This also helps to avoid any unexpected obstacles when you or we go to install the graphic.

We do not offer returns, although we are happy to provide a reprint FOC and discuss with you what your issues are so we can get them corrected and provide you with a better quality product next time round. Our printers print at maximum print quality at all times, so it really depends on the quality of your artwork too.
